Plan your next event at our conference centre in Järfälla, just outside Stockholm. As a proud member of Svenska Möten, Sweden’s leading conference association, Welcome Hotel sets the standard for successful business gatherings in the Kista/Järfälla area.
Our flexible meeting spaces offer natural daylight and over 165 square metres of combined venue space, accommodating groups of up to 50 guests. We also provide two breakout rooms, each seating up to six participants.

Our largest venue, Stallet, is a large and bright conference room that can accommodate up to 180 guests. The building was established 2008 in the same 18th century style as the other buildings. So not to miss the feeling of being in a historic place but the same time a modern and well-equipped conference room for all of your needs.
Loftet is located on top of Stallet and has a capacity of up to 110 people. Here you can hold a conference in a modern and bright room with all the necessary technical equipment. The venue are can also be divided into two parts.
On the lower floor of our historical Tingshuset you can hold a conference in the same room that was once Järfällas courtroom. It is an ancient building that breathers history. Here you can be up to 50 people and you have the beautifulgarden, Tingshusparken, right outside the hall’s window.
In the historic Wärdshuset Lasse Maja, we can arrange an exclusive meeting for your group. The upper floor has its own entrance, a spacious room, two smaller group rooms and toilets.
