Welcome to Welcome Spa — a spa hotel in northern Stockholm where relaxation takes centre stage. Enjoy luxurious accommodation combined with a modern spa featuring a heated pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, dry sauna, relaxation area and cold plunge.

On arrival we serve a lunch in our Bistro. There you can choose between different salads, pizzas, burgers and more.

We offer this package every day of the week, where you choose to go to the spa before or after lunch.
Go to the spa between 09.00-12.00 or 13.00-16.00.

The price is SEK 695 per person on weekdays and SEK 795 on weekends.

Opening hours and information

Opening hours: Welcome Spa is open every day from 09:00 to 23:00. Please note that pre-booking is required. Spa entry is included in our spa packages. Hotel guests can add spa entry for SEK 395 per person, choosing from the following time slots: 09:00–12:00 (on departure day), 13:00–16:00, 16:30–19:30 or 20:00–23:00.

Age limit: The minimum age for Welcome Spa is 16 years when accompanied by a guardian. Hotel guests are welcome to bring children during the 09:00–12:00 slot. Please note that children must be out of nappies to use the pools.

Frequently asked questions

Things to know before your visit

Bathrobe, towel, and slippers are included in your stay. Lockers are equipped with code locks, so there’s no need to bring a padlock. Shampoo and conditioner are provided in the showers.

Is the Spa with pools included in the price?

If you have booked one of our spa packages, you have access to our spa during the slot time included in your package. If you have only booked a room including breakfast, it is fine to add a spa from SEK 395 per person per day.

We recommend booking this in advance as places are limited. Opening hours for the Welcome Spa are 9:00-23:00 daily. We have a serving permit from 11:00-23:00. You can borrow 1 set of bathrobe, slippers and towel from us.

How do I order drinks and snacks during my visit?

All drinks and snacks are ordered via QR codes. Simply use your mobile phone to scan the QR code located inside the facility. The menu will appear on your screen, and you can place your order directly from there.

Payments can be made by card or Swish, and your order will be delivered to you. During the summer season, you are also welcome to visit our outdoor bar, where drinks can be picked up on-site.

Can you book spa admission only?

If you are staying overnight at the hotel, you can add spa access for SEK 395 per person by booking a spa time slot. Please note that if your room reservation was made through a third-party website, the price is SEK 495 per person.

For external guests, spa access is only available as part of one of our day spa packages, which include breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We do not offer spa admission on its own.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

Due to our licensing regulations, bringing outside food and beverages into our public areas is not permitted. However, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to enjoy in your hotel room.

For external guests, spa access is only available as part of one of our day spa packages, which include breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We do not offer spa admission on its own.

Are children allowed in the spa?

Children are welcome at the hotel. In the Welcome Spa, however, there is an age limit of 16 years (accompanied by an adult).

Children under the age of 16 who are diaper-free are welcome in the spa between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The price starts from SEK 395 per person for hotel guests. For guests who have booked their stay through a third-party website, the price is SEK 495 per person.

External guests can access the spa by booking one of our day spa packages, which include breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

What is included in the dinner, and how does it work?

Your stay includes a two-course dinner served in our Bistro. You will choose a starter and a main course from the menu when you are seated.

At the time of booking, you will be assigned an available time slot for your dinner reservation.

Is there a gym at the hotel?

Yes, the hotel has a gym located next to the spa, which you are welcome to use during your stay.

Is parking available at the hotel?

Yes, there is a large parking area located right outside the hotel. The parking is managed by Järfälla Municipality and is free of charge.
